Enterprise compliance platform running the full business lifecycle, from quotation to permit delivery, across four role-based portals.

  • Designed a 30+ model PostgreSQL schema powering Admin, Manager, Employee, and Client portals
  • Built a service flow engine automating document requests, signature collection, and approval pipelines
  • Integrated QuickBooks Online OAuth for estimate sync and AWS S3 presigned URLs for secure document access
  • Secured the API with JWT auth, role-based access control, audit logging, and rate limiting

CRM and operations platform pairing a public marketing site with an internal sales portal, tracking every deal from first inquiry to signed contract.

  • Built a five-stage sales pipeline (inquiry to lead to proposal to contract to client) with collision-safe sequential IDs
  • Automated branded PDF proposals via Handlebars and Puppeteer, emailed with tokenized accept/reject links requiring no login
  • Implemented cookie-only session auth with Lucia v3 and four roles enforced at the middleware layer
  • Delivered real-time ticket updates over Socket.IO plus cron-driven contract renewal reminders
